PS003V-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS003V-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a programmable compound pressure sensor from the PS500 series, designed for instrumentation with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It measures pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and misc, and operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. The sensor features a safety mounting clip, ATEX compliant rotatable housing, and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It has an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The cylindrical body sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed with a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing, wetted parts, and pressure connection, along with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It supports pressures ranging from -1 to +2.5bar (-14.5 to +36psi) and uses the IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode is programmable to be either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Its response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
