IMC-DO-11EX/L Description

Turck IMC-DO-11Ex/L is an interface unit within the IMC cartridge series designed for solenoid driver and valve control module applications. It features a loop-powered, 1-channel configuration that is SIL3 certified according to EXIDA FMEDA and complies with ATEX standards. The unit is encased in a polycarbonate/ABS housing and utilizes a 5-pin M12 connector for connections. It is equipped with protection functions against short-circuits and operates with a 24Vdc supply voltage. Designed for surface panel mounting, the IMC-DO-11Ex/L measures 125 mm in height, 32 mm in width, and 25 mm in depth. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. This model offers an IP67 degree of protection and includes 1 x digital input (0-signal 0-5Vdc / 1-signal 20-30Vdc) and 1 x digital output (24Vdc).

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
