FCS-N1/2A4P-AP8X-H1141/L060 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-AP8X-H1141/L060 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT housing and wetted parts made of stainless steel 316Ti, with a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 60mA of current. This sensor is IP65 rated, indicating protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation, and includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP). The rectangular body sensor has a control circuit rated current of 400mA and offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. Additional features include a potentiometer for flow monitoring and switching functions. It belongs to the FCS series and comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and is suitable for use with a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The probe length is 60mm, and it can operate in medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
