FCS-GL1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/D090 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-GL1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/D090 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA of current. This sensor is IP67 rated, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress. It has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. The device includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is equipped with short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity protection functions. It can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. The FCS-GL1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/D090, part of the FCS series, comes with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port for easy installation. It is designed to withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and can operate in medium temperatures ranging from 0°C to +100°C. The supply voltage required for operation is 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal.
