FCS-68A4-AP8X-H1141/D003 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-68A4-AP8X-H1141/D003 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is shaped with a rectangular body. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. This model is capable of detecting flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. It serves as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch within the FCS series. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1-1/2" (1.5") tri-clamp connection port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It is designed to monitor medium temperatures ranging from 0 to +80°C.
