Turck BI2-G08-AN6X/SV is an inductive proximity sensor designed for special packaging applications in vending machines, part of the BI...-G08 series. This sensor features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, ensuring durability. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads. Its M8 fully threaded barrel shape allows for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) with a sensing distance of 2mm.
