Turck BCF10-S30-VP4X is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-S30 series, designed for noise-immune embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor features a housing and sensing face made of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is an M30 partially threaded barrel, offering an IP67 degree of protection. It has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its sensing distance is 10mm, and it features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it offers NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs, with an M30 thread size for mounting.
