XU2M18MA230 Telemecanique Sensors Retroreflective Sensors

Telemecanique Sensors XU2M18MA230 is a photo-electric sensor within the XU sub-range, designed for through-beam/thru-beam system applications with line of sight along the case axis. This sensor features a brass case with nickel plating and a PMMA lens, alongside a PvR cable for connection, all in a cylindrical (threaded) shape. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, with a diameter of M18 / 18 mm and a cable length of 2 m. The XU2M18MA230 provides AC/DC solid state output and operates with a sampling rate of 25 Hz. It requires a supply voltage of 24-240 V (AC/DC) and includes a visual position indicator with a yellow LED for output state and a red LED for stability. The light color emitted is infrared (IR), and it has a sensing distance of up to 15m / 15,000 mm. The control circuit rated current ranges from 10-200mA / 0.01-0.2 A, and it can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Its operating mode is normally open (NO).
