XCC1406TR05R Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1406TR05R is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a cylindrical shape and constructed from materials including aluminium and Zamak for the base and case, and stainless steel and aluminium for the shaft. It features a through/hollow shaft connection that is pre-cabled, offering a degree of protection rated at IP52. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 6 mm with H7 tolerance and a case diameter of 40 mm, accompanied by a 2 m cable length. It provides digital outputs through an RS422 (5V) output and operates with a sampling rate of 100 kHz or 100,000 Hz. The supply voltage required for operation is 5V DC, and it has a resolution of 500 pulses per revolution. The control circuit is rated for a current of 20mA or 0.02 A, and it can handle a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm. The encoder operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, can withstand a maximum radial load of 2daN or 20 N, and a maximum axial load of 1daN or 10 N.
