XCC1510PSM05X Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1510PSM05X is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a parameterable function. It features a base made of aluminium, a shaft constructed from stainless steel 303 / AISI 303, and a case of Zamak. This encoder offers a solid shaft M23 connector (male) radial connection type and has a cylindrical shape. It is equipped with an RS422 (5V) digital output and operates at a sampling rate of 300 kHz / 300,000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 4.75 to 30 V DC, and it provides a resolution between 500 and 8000 pulses per revolution. For protection, it includes reverse polarity and short-circuit functions. The control circuit rated current is 20mA / 0.02 A, and it can handle a rotational speed up to 9000 rpm. The encoder operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C, can withstand a maximum radial load of 10daN / 100 N, and a maximum axial load of 5daN / 50 N. It is designed with a degree of protection rated at IP65, with a shaft diameter of 10 mm and a case diameter of 58 mm.
