XCC1510PSM02X Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1510PSM02X is an incremental encoder designed for parameterization, featuring a base made of aluminium, a shaft of stainless steel 303 / AISI 303, and a case of Zamak. It offers a solid shaft with an M23 connector (male) radial for connections and has a cylindrical shape. This encoder is protected to a degree of IP65, with a shaft diameter of 10 mm and a case diameter of 58 mm. It provides RS422 (5V) digital outputs and supports a sampling rate of up to 300 kHz / 300 000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 4.75 to 30 V DC, and it can achieve a resolution between 256 and 4096 pulses per revolution (8-12-bit). It includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. The encoder can operate at rotational speeds up to 9000 rpm, withstand temperatures from -30 °C to 100 °C, handle a maximum radial load of 10daN / 100 N, and a maximum axial load of 5daN / 50 N.
