XCC1406PR03K Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1406PR03K is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a solid shaft and pre-cabled connection. This cylindrical encoder features a base made of aluminium and Zamak, a shaft constructed from stainless steel and aluminium, and a case also made of aluminium and Zamak. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP54. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 6 mm with g7 tolerance and a case diameter of 40 mm. It comes with a 2-meter cable for connectivity. The XCC1406PR03K provides push-pull digital outputs and supports a sampling rate of 100 kHz or 100,000 Hz. It operates on a supply voltage ranging from 11 to 30 V DC and delivers a resolution of 360 pulses per revolution. This encoder is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA or 0.02 A. It can handle a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. The maximum radial load it can withstand is 2daN or 20 N, and the maximum axial load is 1daN or 10 N.
