Schneider Electric ATV61HU55Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that supports 2 points, 5 points, and energy-saving modes. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard and energy-saving configurations, and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model includes a built-in EMC filter of class C3, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, accommodating 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac nominal voltages, and has dimensions of H420mm x W240mm x D236mm. The ATV61HU55Y is chemically resistant with a conformal coating for reinforced protection, and it has an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection. It supports a rated current of 7.5A at 500Vac and 4kHz, 6.1A at 575Vac and 4kHz, 7.5A at 690Vac and 4kHz, with a maximum current of 9A for 60 seconds. Designed for wall mounting, it uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols and is compatible with a 3-phase network, offering an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The drive includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source), an additional programmable digital input, and a PWR safety input, along with 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and another (NO relay contact). It also features 1 analog input (-10...+10Vdc) and another for 0-10Vdc / 0-20mA signals. The current consumption is rated at 8.6A for 500Vac and 690Vac, and 7.2A for 600Vac, with a rated active power of 5.5kW at 690Vac and 4kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 5HP.
