Schneider Electric ATV61HD45N4S337 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy-saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model includes a DC choke, an EMC filter (class C2), a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac (380Vac / 400Vac / 480Vac / 500Vac nom.) and has dimensions of H630mm x W320mm x D290mm. The drive is chemically resistant with a conformal coating (reinforced version) and has an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection. It supports a rated current of 94A (380Vac; 12kHz), 77A (460Vac; 12kHz), and can handle a maximum current of 112.8A for 60 seconds. Designed for wall mounting, it uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols and is suitable for a 3-phase (3P) network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The drive includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety, along with 2 digital outputs. It also features 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control. The current consumption is rated at 104A (380Vac) and 85A (480Vac), with a rated active power of 45kW and a rated power of 60HP.
