Schneider Electric ATV61HD37Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy-saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter (class C3), a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, accommodating 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac nominal voltages. The dimensions are H630mm x W320mm x D290mm, and it has a conformal coating for chemical resistance. The degree of protection is IP20 UL type 1, with rated currents of 47A at 500Vac, 41A at 575Vac, 43A at 690Vac, and a maximum current of 56.4A for 60 seconds. It is designed for wall mounting and supports Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. The network is 3-phase (3P) with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. It includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source), 1 digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input, 1 PWR safety input, 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact), 1 digital output (NO relay contact), and 2 analog inputs for versatile connectivity. The current consumption is specified at 48A for 500Vac, 41A for 600Vac, and 47A for 690Vac, with rated active power of 37kW at 690Vac and 30kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 40HP.
