Schneider Electric ATV61HC20Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series, designed for three-phase networks with a supply voltage range of 425-759Vac, including nominal voltages of 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. It features a built-in EMC filter of class C3, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced chemical resistance. The device offers sensorless flux vector control, vector control without speed feedback, and can deliver 120% of the nominal motor torque. It has a degree of protection rated at IP20 UL type 1 and supports wall mounting. The ATV61HC20Y facilitates communication via Modbus and CANopen protocols and operates with an output network frequency range of 0.1-500 Hz. It includes 5 digital inputs plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input, and 1 power safety input, alongside 2 digital outputs (1 changeover SPDT relay contact and 1 normally open relay contact), and 2 analog inputs. The device also provides 1 analog output, supports a rated current of 240A at 500Vac (2.5kHz), 192A at 575Vac (2.5kHz), 220A at 690Vac (2.5kHz), and can handle a maximum current of 288A for 60 seconds. Its dimensions are H1190mm x W340mm x D377mm, with a rated active power of 200kW at 690Vac and 160kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 200HP.
