Red Lion PXU21C20 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It supports a network frequency of 50/60 Hz and is equipped with a variety of features including one user input, RS-485 analog retransmission output, logic/S.S.R. control output, and a secondary relay control output. This model, part of the PXU PID controllers series, adheres to a 1/16 DIN size standard (48x48mm) with display digits of 11mm in orange and 7mm in green. It accepts a supply voltage (AC) ranging from 100 to 240Vac, covering multiple standard voltages such as 100Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 200Vac, 208Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac, and 240Vac. The PXU21C20 features IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. Its analog input sampling rate is 10Hz, and it utilizes the RS-485 communication protocol. The controller offers one digital output (S.S.R.), one digital output (contact type) for secondary control, and one analog input compatible with multiple signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, various thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), and RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. It also includes heater current monitoring protection functions, one digital input for user input, and one analog output for retransmission.
