Part#:PILZ-890020
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:Voltage Relays
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-890020 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay function. It features nine different measuring ranges, allowing for precise control over underload and overload thresholds, which are adjustable. The unit also offers customizable monitoring reaction times and start-up suppression times to suit various operational requirements. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The rated current for measuring is 9A, with safety output contacts ratings ranging from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 0.1A to 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The S1WP sub-range part has dimensions of W22.5mm x D121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 20.4-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can measure frequency ranges from 0 to 1kHz. The housing is made of PPO material, suitable for both single-phase (1AC) and three-phase (3AC) input types, with a rated voltage for AC measuring voltage from 0 to 550Vac/dc. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it consumes 2W of power. Suitable for storage in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C, it includes 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc DC-1 120W resistive load) and 1 x analog input for both current (K1-UL1) and voltage (L1-L3) measurement. The protection functions include underpower and overpower monitoring, complemented by 1 x analog output for voltage (U) and current (I) monitoring.
