Pilz PILZ-827110 is a protection unit designed as a single-phase voltage monitoring relay suitable for DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The design ensures that measuring inputs are not polarity-sensitive. It features safety output contacts ratings of 0.1A-5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13). The connection type is fixed screw terminal connections. As part of the S1UM sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The frequency measuring range is 0.4-400Hz, and it is housed in PPO material. This unit is designed for single-phase (1AC) input networks with a rated voltage (AC) of 0.1-500Vac/dc (adjustable). It has a net width of 22.5 mm, consumes 1 W of power, and has a net depth of 121 mm. The operating modes include fault latching/non-latching and normally energized/de-energized modes. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The digital outputs consist of 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc DC-1 120W resistive load), and it features digital inputs of 1 x de-energized mode input (Y1-Y2) and 1 x latching input (Y3). The protection functions include overvoltage, with a response time of 0.1-10 s.
