Pilz PILZ-787314 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety operations, including two-hand monitoring type III C. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm, with rated current specifications for safety output contacts at 5A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 1.5A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 2.5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the P2HZ X1P sub-range, it measures 45mm in width and 121mm in depth, offering an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 2.5W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, ensuring compatibility with various industrial environments.
