Pilz PILZ-787302 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, capable of monitoring safety gates, instantaneous E-STOPs, limit switches, and light beam devices of type 2 and type 4. It offers DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -35 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 101 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). The supply voltage ranges from 20.4 to 26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4 to 26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 2.5 W. The PILZ-787302, part of the PNOZ X2.8P sub-range, features a PPO housing with an ABS front, offering an IP40 degree of protection. It includes 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, with two digital inputs plus one start input. The relay's operating modes allow for the detection of earth faults and short circuits, with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and the possibility to increase the number of available contacts through external modules.
