Pilz PILZ-787056 is a safety relay designed for single-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 4A at both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), as well as 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage (AC) requirement is 93.5-132Vac, specifically designed for 110Vac / 120Vac nominal. This part belongs to the PNOZ X7P sub-range and measures 22.5mm in width with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the device consumes 2 VA of power. Its depth is 121 mm. The operating mode includes options for automatic start when the input circuit is closed and manual start when both the input and start circuits are closed. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. It has 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 4A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and digital inputs include 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 17mA) and 1 x start input (Y1-Y2).
