Pilz PILZ-774350 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety relay operations with two-hand monitoring type III A. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 2.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. As part of the P1HZ X1 sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the device has a net width of 22.5 mm and a depth of 121 mm. Power consumption is rated at 2 W. Its operating mode includes dual-channel operation with detection of shorts across contacts and a redundant input circuit that detects earth faults in the start and input circuit, short circuits in the input circuit, and shorts across contacts in the input circuit. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) (13-14; 23-24), with protection functions including detection of shorts across contacts. Additionally, it has 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA) (S13-S14; S23-S24) and 1 x feedback loop input (Y1-Y2).
