Product description
Pilz PILZ-774150 is a safety relay contact expansion module designed for single or dual-channel operation with instantaneous contact expansion. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The module has a net height of 87 mm and is rated for safety output contacts at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nominal) within the PZE 9 sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 90 mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the module consumes 7 VA of power. It supports both single-channel and dual-channel operating modes, with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and includes 8 x instantaneous safety outputs (8NO / 8xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel). Protection functions include 2 operating modes, and it features 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA) and 1 x feedback loop input (SPST with 2NC contacts in series).
