Pilz PILZ-774131 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety applications, including two-hand monitoring type III A. It features AND and OR logic inputs, a self-test function, and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55°C, with a net height of 94 mm and a rated current of 2A. Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ e2.2p sub-range, this part has dimensions of W22.5mm x D121mm, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made from PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 22.5 mm. Its operating mode is dual-channel with automatic start, and it can increase the number of available contacts by connecting to contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. It includes 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, both semiconductor outputs, plus 2 x test pulse outputs. Protection functions include detection of shorts across contacts. Digital inputs comprise 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 5mA), 2 x logic inputs for AND/OR functions, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x self-monitoring input.
