Pilz PILZ-773951 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, offering features such as safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The relay operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and has a net height of 87 mm. It is rated for safety output contacts at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is made via fixed screw terminals, and the supply voltage requirement is 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nominal) under the sub-range name PNOZ 10. Dimensions are specified as W90mm x D121mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 90 mm. Power consumption is rated at 10 VA.
