PILZ-773900 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-773900 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 135 mm, with plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections for ease of installation. The PNOZ p1vp sub-range part is protected to IP40 and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its construction includes an ABS top housing and a PPO bottom housing. The operating modes offer flexibility in application, including automatic, manual, and monitored start options, without redundancy in the input circuit for single-channel operation and with redundancy for dual-channel operation. It features 1 instantaneous and 1 delayed control output connected to the PNOZpower bus, with selectable time-delay for the delayed output, and 2 instantaneous auxiliary outputs. The relay also includes 2 digital inputs, 1 feedback input, and 1 start input, alongside protection functions that accommodate operating modes with or without detection of shorts across contacts.
