Pilz PILZ-773733 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and has a net height of 94 mm. This unit features various connection types including screw terminal connections, spring-loaded terminal connections, and an 8-pin RJ45 female connector for incremental encoders, with stripping lengths of 7mm for screw connections and 9mm for spring-loaded connections. As part of the Safe I/O module sub-range, it offers a degree of protection of IP20 and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) or 4.9-5.1Vdc (5Vdc nominal; module supply via base unit). The rated insulation voltage is 30 V. It includes 4 digital inputs for proximity switches and 2 digital inputs for incremental encoders, with specific signal level requirements. Time delay and angle phase position for differential signals are configurable, ensuring precise control and integration into safety systems.
