Pilz PILZ-773120 is a configurable safety base unit designed for DIN rail mounting, specifically on a 35mmx7.5mm horizontal rail. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with forced convection off. This safety controller features an airgap creepage of 3mm between relay contacts and 5.5mm between relay contacts and other circuits. It offers potential isolation with protective separation, rated at 2500V between SC output and system voltage, and 6000V between relay output and system voltage. The unit is expandable for furnace/burner functions and supports a rated current of 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), with specific ratings for other operational modes.
