Pilz PILZ-772134 is a communications unit designed for automation systems, featuring a communication module with EtherCAT and CANopen over EtherCAT fieldbus interfaces. It includes a peripheral device type with galvanic isolation for potential isolation between the fieldbus and module voltage, ensuring functional insulation with a rated surge voltage of 500V. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting, specifically on a 35mmx7.5mm horizontal rail, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with it. The unit has a net height of 101.4 mm, a rated current of 35mA for the maximum external power supply continuous current, and offers connection options via RJ45 for interface connections or screw or spring-loaded terminal connections.
