EX-L211-J Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic EX-L211-J is a photo-electric sensor made from PBT for the case and glass for the lens, designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It consumes 10mA / 0.01 A of current and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor features a detection spot size of 6mm x 4mm and utilizes red light for detection, capable of identifying objects as small as 2mm. It includes an orange LED for operation indication, a green LED for stability, and another green LED for power-on status. With a response time of 500µs / 0.0005 s, it provides 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The sensing distance is specified as 1m / 100cm / 1000mm. It incorporates protection functions against outputs short-circuit and inverse polarity. This ultra-compact laser (Class 1) sensor with a built-in amplifier is designed for minute object detection and comes as a 1-pair set with continuously variable sensitivity adjustment. It connects via a pre-wired M8 connector pigtail, with the cable featuring 4 cores for the receiver and 2 cores for the emitter, and operates at a wavelength of 655 nm.
