About the product

Anybus by HMS Networks AB9000-B is a gateway belonging to the X-gateway series designed for protocol translation. It supports installation in both vertical and flat orientations and features galvanic isolation on both BUS and Ethernet sides. Configuration of I/O is managed via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. The design includes 1 x SD card slot, Modbus TCP Client and EtherCAT slave functionalities, and 8 x LED indicators. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability. Connection options include 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Modbus TCP (supporting both full and half duplex), 2 x RJ45 connectors for 100Mbit/s EtherCAT (full duplex), 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 NEMA 1 and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The AB9000-B supports EtherCAT and Modbus TCP communication protocols. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25...+65 °C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40...+85 °C. The current consumption is 400mA (max) and 200mA (typical), with supported speeds of 10/100Mbit/s for Modbus and 100Mbit/s for EtherCAT.
