Festo DSNU-1-2-PPV-A is a double-acting single-ended pneumatic cylinder designed for mounting via accessories. It features a high-alloy stainless steel cylinder barrel and piston rod, with a wrought aluminium alloy cover, and static seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U(PU)). This cylinder operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and offers moderate-corrosion stress resistance (CRC Class 2). Its round cylindrical shape is part of the DSNU Imperial/Inch series, adhering to ISO6432 with built-in magnet and adjustable cushioning at both ends. It supports operation with oil lubrication and position sensing via a proximity sensor. The cylinder uses double-acting compressed air according to ISO8573-1;2010 [7;4;4] standards, with a 3/8-24 UNF-2A male threaded rod and a 1/8" NPT threaded pneumatic port for connections. It operates at a pressure range of +1 to +10 bar, with a 1" bore size, a 2" stroke length, and a 0.67" cushioning length.
