Banner Engineering R55CW1Q is a color registration mark sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and features a convergent mode parallel sensing image with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor is equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward integration. Part of the R55 series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in challenging environments. The R55CW1Q operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a die-cast Zinc alloy housing with an Acrylic lens, supporting a sensing distance of 10mm. The sensor emits visible white light in the wavelength range of 460-550 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity.
