R55CW2 Banner Sensor Accessories

Banner Engineering R55CW2 is a color registration mark sensor from the R55 series, designed with a convergent mode perpendicular sensing image and potentiometer adjustment for precise operation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is housed in a die-cast Zinc alloy with an Acrylic lens, ensuring durability. This sensor features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It offers a sensing distance of 10mm and utilizes visible white light with a wavelength range of 460-550 nm for detection. The R55CW2 operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, accommodating diverse application needs. It is equipped with one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), supports a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.), and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for challenging environments.
