R55CG2QP Banner Sensor Accessories

Banner Engineering R55CG2QP is a color registration mark sensor within the R55 series, designed for detecting color marks in a variety of industrial applications. It operates in a convergent mode with perpendicular sensing and features potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It is constructed from a die-cast Zinc alloy housing with an Acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The R55CG2QP operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 degrees Celsius and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor has a rectangular shape, a sensing distance of 10mm, and utilizes visible green light with a wavelength of 525 nm.
