R55CG1 Banner Sensor Accessories

Banner Engineering R55CG1 is a color registration mark sensor from the R55 series, designed with a convergent mode parallel sensing image and potentiometer adjustment for precise operation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is housed in a durable die-cast Zinc alloy with an Acrylic lens. This sensor features a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connectivity and offers a sensing distance of 10mm. It emits visible green light at a wavelength of 525 nm and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The R55CG1 is equipped with a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), ensuring compatibility with various control systems. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for challenging environments.
