PIT26U-VL Description
Banner Engineering PIT26U-VL is a fiber optic sensor designed for in-line sensing with a through-beam system or opposed mode pair of individual fibers. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and features a cylindrical (threaded) probe tip with a 0.5mm fiber core diameter. The sensing end is made of brass, while the fiber is encased in a plastic sheath made of polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability and protection. The total length of the fiber is 6ft / 2m, accommodating various installation requirements.
