Banner Engineering PIF43TMDF is a fiber optic sensor designed for in-line sensing with a through-beam system or opposed mode ferrule end tip pair of individual fibers. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and features a 1mm fiber core diameter. The cylindrical (smooth) end tip is crafted from stainless steel, while the fiber itself is encased in a plastic fiber with a Steelskin fiber sheath for enhanced durability. The total length of the sensor is 3 feet or approximately 1 meter, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
