Banner Engineering PDIRS1X326U10 is a fiber sensor designed for liquid level sensing applications. It features a through-beam system, also known as an opposed mode tubular-mounting configuration, which includes a pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. The sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series, characterized by a 1mm fiber core diameter and a 6ft (approximately 2m) length. The sensing end and the fiber are made of plastic, with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath for added durability. Its design is optimized for operation in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C. The shape of the sensor is slot, making it suitable for various installation requirements.
