Banner Engineering PBPF26UMB is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a bendable probe with a miniature, bifurcated fiber side or right-angled sensing mechanism. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature of up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and is characterized by a 0.75mm diameter fiber core. The probe tip is cylindrical (smooth) and is constructed from stainless steel for the sensing end, with the fiber made of plastic and the sheath composed of Polyethylene (PE). The total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m, making it suitable for various installation requirements.

PM-L24

Panasonic PM-L24 is a compact U-shaped (L-Type) photoelectric sensor designed for a 6mm passageway. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is connected via a pre-wired 3m 4-core 0.09mm2 cabtyre PVC cable terminated with bare flying leads. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP64 and is constructed with a PBT housing. It features a sensing distance of 6mm and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 855 nm for detection. The PM-L24 provides two digital outputs: one NPN open-collector output for Light-ON and another for Dark-ON, both supporting 24Vdc at 50mA. It boasts a rapid response time of 80µs (0.00008 s) and includes an orange LED for visual operation indication. The current consumption is minimal at 15mA (0.015 A), and it can detect objects as small as 0.8x1.2mm.
