Banner Engineering PBCFP46UMLR is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring an end tip lens with a bifurcated fiber in-line/coaxial sensing mechanism. This sensor operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. It is part of the Plastic fiber series, characterized by a cylindrical (smooth) end tip. The sensor's construction includes a plastic sensing end, plastic fiber, and a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath, ensuring durability and compatibility with various environments. The fiber core is composed of 1x0.5mm + 9x0.25mm dimensions, and the sensor has a total length of 1ft / 300mm, accommodating a range of installation requirements.
