LX6EQ Description
Banner Engineering LX6EQ is a sensor array designed for standard-range part-sensing with a cross-hatched array, functioning as an emitter alone. It features a 143mm array length within a rectangular shape, constructed from an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This unit is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The LX6EQ has a net height of 190mm, a width of 26mm, and a depth of 32mm. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The sensing distance of this device ranges from 30cm to 2m, and it can detect objects as small as 9.5mm.
