Banner Engineering LX24E is a sensor array designed for standard-range part-sensing with a light screen cross-hatched array, functioning as an emitter alone. It features a 599mm array length encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. This rectangular sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). The LX24E has a net height of 647 mm, a width of 26 mm, and a depth of 32 mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a sensing distance from 30cm to 2m. With a degree of protection rated at IP65, it can detect objects as small as 9.5mm.
