About the product
Banner Engineering K50APFF100WRGC3Q, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device designed with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. This product features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and base. It is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. The supply voltage ranges from 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It offers versatile mounting options including surface, base pole M30, and 1/2" NPSM thread, with a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The device operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and boasts a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (W; White) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (G; Green), and a mispick light (R; Red) with output NO (Normally Open) touch output when touched with inactive job input. The current consumption is 90mA. It features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a 100mm sensing range, and 2 x digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
