K30APTGYE-91127 Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering K30APTGYE-91127, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with LED illumination. This unit features a black housing with a dome-shaped window made from diffused polycarbonate (PC) and a base also constructed from PC. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 4-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The device operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It offers versatile mounting options including surface, base, or pole flush with a 22mm hole and M22 thread. The dome diameter measures 30mm / 1-3/16". It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, and NEMA 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output only, and a mispick light (Y; Yellow) activation for touch with inactive job input, with a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The device has a current consumption of 55mA, one digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, and two digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
