Banner Engineering IAT46ST5TA-VL is a fiber sensor belonging to the Plastic fiber series, designed as a through-beam system or opposed mode with a flexible fiber individual fiber side and a right-angled sensing high-temp. It features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made of stainless steel, with the sensing end constructed from glass fiber and a stainless flexible tubing fiber sheath. The fiber core has a diameter of 1mm, and the total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m. It is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
