Banner Engineering DX80N2X1W-CM1L is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for performance condition monitoring. It features a polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate rotary dial cover, polyester labels, EDPM rubber cover gasket, and nitrile rubber, ensuring durability in various environments. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh conditions. It operates on a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz within the 2.4GHz ISM band at 65mW, capable of reaching a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power. The DX80N2X1W-CM1L is part of the CM series condition monitoring nodes and incorporates current transformer technology for current monitoring (0-20A (CT20A) / 0-150A (CT150A); 0.333Vac), two buttons, two bi-color LEDs, and utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for enhanced communication reliability. It connects via a 5-pin M12 male connector, serially connected to a vibration sensor, and is pre-wired with a 1m twisted pair cable terminated with bare end flying leads for current transformer connection. The supply voltage is 3.6Vdc from an internal battery, and its rectangular shape and black housing are designed to fit a variety of installation environments.
