753-412 Description

Wago 753-412 is an I/O unit designed as a pluggable DC digital input slice module. It operates with a supply voltage of 5Vdc provided by the system and offers an adjustable supply voltage of 40.8-57.6Vdc to field sensing devices. This unit features push-in spring cage-clamp connections for easy installation. It is designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The 753-412 supports an IP20 communication protocol and has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 12 mm. Its dimensions are H100mm x W12mm x D69.8mm, and it is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, ensuring durability. The unit has 2 x digital inputs (48Vdc transistor) with high-side switching and supports 2-wire / 3-wire / 4-wire output voltage (DC). It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail and features a 3ms filter in its digital input voltage ranges of -6...+10Vdc (OFF) / 34-60Vdc (ON). The trip current rating is 2.5mA (5Vdc, system supply), and it is shock resistant according to EN 60068-2-27 with a rating of --15g. The unit can operate in up to 95% relative humidity (RH), non-condensing.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
