750-837 Description

Wago 750-837 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit designed for automation tasks. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and can be connected through a 5-pin male connector for fieldbus, a 2-pin cage-clamp for the system, and a 6-pin cage-clamp for the field. This unit does not operate on AC supply voltage and is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +55°C for operation and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C. It supports a communication speed of 10kbit/s to 1Mbit/s and utilizes the CANopen communication protocol. The unit's dimensions are H100mm x W50.5mm x D71.1mm, and it is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing suitable for DIN-35 rail mounting. It features 64 connections per node and 110 in fieldbus mode on the controller (master), with an 8kB non-volatile memory for software, 128kB for program memory, 64kB for data memory, and 512bytes for fieldbus input and output memory. The unit is vibration resistant according to EN 60068-2-6 at 4g and shock-resistant according to EN 60068-2-27 at 15g. It has a control circuit rated current of 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load, 350mA at 5Vdc system supply, and 1650mA system supply. The 750-837 supports various programming languages including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), with a programming environment based on WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 (CODESYS V2.3) and configuration options through EDS device description file and WAGO-I/O-CHECK. It operates efficiently in environments with up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing, and is powered by a 16-bit processor.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
